Terms of Service
Last Updated August 9, 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of FindCourt, including its websites, booking tools, customer accounts, and venue-management features (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by THATPHATSAKORN THANADECHAKRAPOKIN (“FindCourt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 13 years old to create and manage a FindCourt customer account. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and permit you to use the Service. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use the Service is responsible for the minor’s use of it.
Venue staff using FindCourt on behalf of a business confirm that they are authorized to act for that business.
3. FindCourt’s role
FindCourt provides technology that helps sports venues publish court availability and helps customers request and manage bookings. Unless a booking page expressly says otherwise, the venue—not FindCourt—is the provider of the court, facilities, equipment, and related services. The booking arrangement is between the customer and the venue.
Each venue is responsible for its own availability, prices, taxes, house rules, safety requirements, cancellation terms, and the accuracy of information it publishes through the Service.
4. Accounts and sign-in
Customers currently sign in with LINE. Venue staff may sign in with Google. Your use of those accounts remains subject to the relevant provider’s terms and policies. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
You may not share an account in a way that defeats permissions, impersonate another person, or use credentials you are not authorized to use.
5. Bookings
A selected time is not guaranteed merely because it appears available on screen. A booking is created only after the Service and venue have accepted the request and the required checkout steps are complete. Temporary checkout holds expire automatically and do not constitute a confirmed booking.
You are responsible for checking the venue, court, date, time, price, and customer details before confirming. Venue staff may contact you using the information associated with your booking when needed to provide the booked service.
Some venues may enable a setting that displays customer names on booked slots in their shared public schedule. When enabled, anyone with the venue’s schedule link may see the name associated with your booking. Depending on how the booking was created, this may be the display name supplied by your connected sign-in provider, such as LINE or another provider offered by FindCourt, or a name entered by you or venue staff.
6. Prices and payments
Venues set their own prices, deposits, taxes, payment instructions, and verification requirements. FindCourt currently does not collect the customer’s court payment. When bank transfer is offered, payment is made to the venue and the customer may upload a payment slip for the venue to review.
Uploading a slip does not by itself prove payment or require the venue to accept a booking. The venue is responsible for confirming receipt and resolving payment discrepancies.
7. Cancellations, refunds, and venue rules
Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, refund, and deposit rules are set by the relevant venue and may differ between venues or bookings. You should review the information shown during booking and contact the venue directly about a cancellation or refund. FindCourt does not issue refunds for money paid directly to a venue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm others;
- make false bookings or upload false or misleading payment evidence;
- interfere with security, availability, or another user’s access;
- attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse;
- upload malicious code or content that infringes another person’s rights; or
- use personal data obtained through the Service for an unrelated purpose.
9. Content and intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by FindCourt or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while these Terms apply.
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant FindCourt a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service and the relevant booking.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as identity providers, hosting, database, file-storage, analytics, maps, and communications services. Their services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.
11. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will use reasonable care in operating the Service and, where practicable, provide notice of material changes that adversely affect users.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” FindCourt is not responsible for a venue’s acts, omissions, facilities, injuries at a venue, inaccurate venue information, or a venue’s cancellation or refund decision.
FindCourt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. These exclusions do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by our fault, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Suspension and account deletion
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, venues, or the Service; investigate suspected misuse; comply with law; or address a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may request deletion of your FindCourt account by emailing us. Account deletion may not erase booking or transaction records that a venue or FindCourt must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate operational purposes. Details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, business, or law. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use the Service after an update takes effect means the updated Terms apply to later use; changes will not retroactively reduce rights already accrued.
15. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Before starting formal proceedings, you and FindCourt agree to try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting each other. Nothing here prevents either party from using a court or complaint process available under applicable law.
