Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how FindCourt collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use our websites, customer accounts, booking tools, and venue-management features (collectively, the “Service”).

FindCourt is operated by THATPHATSAKORN THANADECHAKRAPOKIN (“FindCourt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our contact details appear at the end of this Policy.

2. FindCourt and venue responsibilities

FindCourt processes personal data to operate the platform. A sports venue also receives and uses booking data to provide its courts, verify payments, communicate with customers, keep business records, and resolve booking issues. A venue may separately determine how it uses data for those purposes and should answer questions about its own practices.

Some venues may enable a public-schedule setting that displays the customer name on booked slots. When enabled, anyone with the venue’s schedule link may see that name. For customer self-bookings, the name may come from the connected sign-in profile, currently LINE, or from another account provider if offered in the future. For bookings created or edited by venue staff, it may be a name supplied by the customer or entered by staff. Phone numbers and payment slips are not displayed on the public schedule.

3. Personal data we collect

• Account and identity data: LINE user identifier, display name, profile image, sign-in timestamps, account status, and, for venue staff, Google account details such as name and email.
• Contact data: phone number and information you send when asking for support or exercising a privacy right.
• Booking data: venue, court, sport, dates and times, booking status, prices, charges, payment status, booking reference, cancellations, and related operational records.
• Payment-verification data: payment-slip image, file name and type, upload details, review status, and access audit records. FindCourt does not collect your payment-card credentials.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages or features used, performance measurements, timestamps, security events, and server logs.
• Venue-management data: staff contact details, roles, permissions, business and branch details, court availability, pricing, and administrative activity.

4. Where the data comes from

We receive data directly from you, from a venue or its authorized staff, automatically from your use of the Service, and from sign-in providers such as LINE and Google according to the permissions shown during sign-in.

5. Why we use personal data

We use personal data to:

• create and secure accounts and authenticate users;
• check availability, hold selected times, and create and manage bookings;
• connect customers with venues and let venues provide their services;
• receive, store, and present payment slips for venue verification;
• provide customer support and respond to account or privacy requests;
• prevent duplicate bookings, fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• monitor reliability, diagnose errors, and improve the Service;
• maintain records, enforce our Terms, and resolve disputes; and
• comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations.

Depending on the activity, we rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law, our and the venue’s legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, and consent where consent is legally required. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully or processing supported by another legal basis.

6. How we disclose personal data

We may disclose relevant personal data to:

• the venue and its authorized staff to fulfill and administer your booking, verify payment, and handle support;
• people with a venue’s public schedule link, but only the booking name and only when the venue has enabled public customer-name display;
• service providers that provide authentication, hosting, databases, storage, analytics, performance monitoring, security, and technical support, including LINE, Google, Google Cloud, Vercel, and Neon;
• professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary to obtain advice, protect rights and safety, investigate wrongdoing, or comply with law; and
• a successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

We do not sell personal data.

7. Cookies and similar technology

FindCourt uses strictly necessary cookies for sign-in, security, checkout continuity, and interface preferences. The customer session cookie normally expires after 30 days unless you log out sooner. Temporary login and checkout cookies expire earlier.

We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand usage and application performance. Browser or device settings may let you control certain storage, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or booking features from working.

8. International data transfers

Some providers may process data outside Thailand. When personal data is transferred internationally, we use contractual, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the provider and the transfer, and take steps required by applicable data-protection law.

9. Retention

The customer booking screen currently displays completed bookings from the previous 7 days, plus earlier occurrences that belong to a multi-date order that is still active. This display window is not a deletion period: booking records may remain stored after they disappear from the customer-facing history.

We retain account data while the account is active and retain booking, payment-verification, security, and audit records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, let venues maintain operational and accounting records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with law. The exact period depends on the record type, venue requirements, applicable limitation periods, and legal or accounting obligations. Temporary checkout data and unattached uploads are kept for shorter operational periods and may be deleted automatically.

When retention is no longer necessary, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate the data, unless a lawful preservation requirement applies.

10. Account deletion and your privacy rights

Self-service account deletion is not yet available. You may request deletion by emailing hi@misterbanks.me with sufficient information for us to verify the account. We will disable or delete account data as appropriate, but may preserve booking or transaction records that FindCourt or a venue has a lawful reason to retain. Deleting a FindCourt account does not cancel an existing booking or automatically require a venue to erase its own lawful records.

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may ask to access, obtain a copy of, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or transfer your personal data, withdraw consent, or complain about its use. We may request information to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

11. Children and minors

FindCourt is not intended for children under 13. A user who has not reached the age of legal majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, signed session tokens, restricted payment-slip access, and security audit records. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access or a security issue.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our practices, providers, Service, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.
